$30 BOOKING DEPOSIT Required after your booking is accepted

The $30 booking deposit secures your confirmed booking and is deducted from your final transport price. If you cancel after confirmation, or collection cannot go ahead because the item, seller, or access is not ready or available as agreed, the deposit will normally be retained to cover the reserved booking and administration.

If Ute & Trailer Co. cancels or cannot provide the agreed service, the deposit will be refunded. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you have under New Zealand consumer law.
